The Conference for Rowing Coaches
Saratoga Springs, NY Dec. 8 - 10th 2023

Emerging from COVID and looking for an opportunity to once again bring rowing coaches together in a collaborative and educational setting, Mark Davis and Peter Steenstra are excited to bring you The Conference for Rowing Coaches. 

The Conference aims to bring coaches, rowers and rowing manufacturers from across the country and beyond together to provide an atmosphere of learning and sharing of ideas centered on rowing and coaching. 

“Ultimately, the goal of the conference is to unite the rowing community as a whole. Coaches of all levels and categories are encouraged to attend. The more people involved the more robust and meaningful the experience will be for all,” emphasizes Mark Davis.

Hosted in Saratoga Springs, New York on December 8-10, 2023, The Conference headlines keynote speaker Arshay Cooper and boasts other standout speakers from youth and junior, to club and collegiate, to elite and international coaches and leaders.

“Being a part of the effort to bring a conference to our sport has been a privilege for Mark and I for a number of years,” says Peter Steenstra, “and if we’re going to contribute to the advancement and longevity of rowing then this is how we’re best suited to do so.”
