USRowing Scholarship
USRowing is proud to offer a number of United We Row scholarships to support coaches in attending the Conference for Rowing Coaches. Our goal is to create an inclusive sport where all coaches feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to grow in their careers.
These scholarships are open to active USRowing members currently coaching in the United States who represent communities historically underrepresented in rowing. By expanding access to professional development, we hope to support strong coaching leaders who reflect and inspire the next generation of rowers.

Vespoli Scholarship
Vespoli USA is proud to support the continued growth and excellence of the rowing community through the offering of a scholarship to the 2025 Conference for Rowing Coaches. As a company built by rowers for rowers, we believe in empowering coaches who drive the sport forward—on and off the water.
This scholarship is open to current Vespoli customers who are active rowing coaches in the United States. Whether you coach at the high school, collegiate, or club level, this opportunity is designed to help you expand your professional network, learn from industry leaders, and bring new ideas and energy back to your program.
Vespoli has always stood for innovation, performance, and teamwork. Through this scholarship, we aim to invest in the people who embody those same values and who dedicate themselves to developing athletes and growing the sport we all love.
Eligibility:
● Must be a current Vespoli customer or coach affiliated with a Vespoli program.
● Must be an active rowing coach in the United States.

Vespoli Fleet Plan Scholarship
Vespoli USA is proud to support the coaching community through the Vespoli Fleet Plan Scholarship for the Conference for Rowing Coaches. As a company founded on a passion for rowing and innovation, Vespoli is dedicated to helping coaches continue to learn, lead, and inspire their athletes.
This scholarship is open exclusively to coaches from programs with an active Vespoli Fleet Plan as of December 2025. It’s our way of recognizing and investing in the programs that have partnered with us to build and sustain excellence—both on the water and within their coaching staff.
Recipients will have the opportunity to attend the Conference for Rowing Coaches, gaining access to educational sessions, networking opportunities, and the latest insights in rowing technique, technology, and program development.
Eligibility:
● Must be an active rowing coach in the United States.
● Must be affiliated with a program that has an active Vespoli Fleet Plan as of December 2025.
