USRowing Scholarship Opportunities

USRowing is proud to offer a number of United We Row scholarships to support coaches in attending the Conference for Rowing Coaches. Our goal is to create an inclusive sport where all coaches feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to grow in their careers.

These scholarships are open to active USRowing members currently coaching in the United States who represent communities historically underrepresented in rowing. By expanding access to professional development, we hope to support strong coaching leaders who reflect and inspire the next generation of rowers.
